This is a picture taken by Pat Forrester, mission specialist on shuttle mission STS-117 to the International Space Station. I can now retire.

On a completely unrelated note, I saw this on Christianbook.com.

Follow this link to find out how to order Andy's new book. It stinks that we have to wait for March 18 to read it.

Later,

This is just ridiculously cool! But no - you CANNOT retire. Some of us are (impatiently) waiting for a certain album called Ressurection Letters Vol. 2, Mr. Not to mention Vol. 1. :D

Cheers,
R.

And Pat Forrester graduated from AUBURN, that little school you couldn't remember the name of. (And victors over Florida!)

Wow. You now have an interplanetary fan base!

(Yeah, I'm late, but I have a good excuse. Can't find the note, though)

I thought Bush said we were going to Mars first?

AP, that is one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time.

Oh my gosh, I've met Astronaut Pat (as I refer to him). And I had my picture taken with him... That was about 9 years ago in Houston. My friends and I asked him about Tang and Velcro which he didn't seem to care for. I think he thought we were just goofy girls... which we were. I'm totally going to find that pic and post it on my blog. That is so cool. All of a sudden my respect for him has gone even higher.

That was done with fishing line, chroma key, and a high end image editor, wasn't it? Because that is just too cool to be real.
